The invention relates to the method for manufacturing levothyroxine sodium tablets comprising the preparation of raw materials, their mixing, drying, granulation and tabletting. The aqueous suspension of levothyroxine sodium is added to the prepared beforehand hypromellose solution at room temperature; the stable suspension of levothyroxine sodium in hypromellose solution is obtained. This suspension is used for moistening lactose and corn starch. The mixture obtained is granulated, and the wet granules are dried followed by granulation, powdering with croscarmellose and magnesium stearate and compressed.
