A method for early diagnosis of the combined forms of pulmonary tuberculosis and cancer comprises examinating radiography in two projections, additional radiographic studies, spiral computed tomography with contrast of enhancement adjusting, transthoracic biopsy of the neoplast and hyperplastic mediastinal lymph nodes under the control of CTS.
