Combined method for differential diagnostic detection of bacteria of Mycobacterium tuberculosiscomplex and the atypical pneumonia pathogens of Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Legionella spp.and Legionella pneumophila, is claimed, where the method is performed on the basis of a real-time PCR using labeled probes.
