摘要

A method for simulation of morphological changes in tissues of experimental animals by reproducing an opioid effect model involves administration of opioid analgetic in increasing doses. Opioid analgetic Nalbuphine is administered intramuscularly to experimental animals (rats) daily, once a day, for 84 days (12 weeks) with gradual increase of doses each 2 weeks, and beginning from 14 day dynamics of morphological changes in tongue tissues is studied on the background of chronic opioid effect.
