摘要

Optical method for noninvasive measurement of the level of glucose in blood, other solutions and tissues includes direction of a beam of infrared radiation to bio-tissue, with registration of diffused light at passage through bio-tissue, by that concentration of glucose in tissue is determined. Preliminarily measurement of optical thickness of bio-tissue is carried out, with determination of the error of measurement, this depends on concentration of melanin in skin epidermis, and the level of glucose in blood is determined through averaging the values of intensities of diffused light beams with wavelengths at which maxima of absorption with molecules of glucose are observed.
