The method for tissue fixation and denervation of the muscles in the surgical treatment of the esthetic deformations of the upper face comprises the injections of botuinum toxin type A in 2 weeks preceding the surgery with the aim of the denervation of the muscles of the glabellar area and the superior lateral portions of the orbicular muscles of eye. The transferred tissues are fixed with the aid of polyurethane adhesive composition with folic acid.
