The method for estimating the strength endurance provides for monitoring of the strength endurance for the arms and the upper part of the trunk followed by comparison of the data obtained with the test scales. The crossbar and the collar of the person are equipped with the capacitor electrodes. The signals from the electrodes in the course of the exercises are transmitted through signal converter and wireless line of infrared communication to the computer for processing and comparison with the test scales.
