METHOD FOR INTENSIVE THERAPY OF RECURRENT SIMPLE SCHIZOPHRENIA WITH CONTINUOUS COURSE AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR

The method for the intensive therapy of recurrent simple schizophrenia with continuous course and aggressive behavior comprises the use of the psychotropic drugs including Risset and the transcerebral galvanization. Within the second week of the treatment, the oral Risset dose is increased from moderate to high level with daily increment of 1.0-2.0 mg up to 12.0 mg daily. In 2 hours following the morning oral dose of Risset, the transcerebral galvanization is provided with the constant increase of the current from 2 to 4 mA, the current density from 0.04 to 0.08 mA/cm, the duration of the session from 20 to 25 min with 10 daily sessions per treatment course.
