The apparatus for non-invasive measurement of hemoglobin concentration contains the input unit, the input device, the control unit, the unit of the optical emitters, the optical head, the amplifier, the inductive sensor, the autogenerator, the unit for measuring the frequency shift, the former, and the interpreter. The inductive sensor is connected to the second input-output of the optic head. The third output of the optic head is connected to the input of the autogenerator. The output of the autogenerator is connected to the first input of the unit for measuring the frequency shift, with its output connected with the former. The second input-output of the former is connected with the second input of the interpreter. The second output of the interpreter is connected to the third input of the control unit. The third output of the interpreter is connected to the autogenerator. The fourth output of the interpreter is connected to the second input of the unit for measuring the frequency shift. The fourth output of the optic head is the output of the apparatus.
