A device for transosseous osteosynthesis of the diaphyseal fractures of the forearm bones contains the external support designed as the closed rectangular frame with guiding slots on both sides containing the rod holders attached with the aid of the grub screws. The rods pass sequentially through the distal and proximal bone fragments of the forearm for their reposition and stable fixation.
