The non-invasive mobile glucometer with the attachment for measuring glucose concentration in the blood. The attachment has the opening with the recess for placing the finger. In the middle of the opening the fixed ledge with photodetector and mobile spring-loaded ledge with laser or light emitting diode are mounted. The light emitting diode and photodetector are connected via the plug with the mobile glucometer.
