A method for the determination of the fact of lethal outcome caused by acute coronary deficiency by means of scale-selective Fourier analysis of phase maps of myocardium images through evaluation of degenerative-dystrophic changes. For evaluation of degenerative-dystrophic changes the evaluation of high-coherence radiation with circular polarization, with wavelength of 0.6328 μm is performed, with formation of radiating wave with right circular polarization, optical direct and reverse Fourier transforms are performed by means of polarization microlens, with phase filtration by means of filter with left circular polarization, with measurement of intensity within each pixel of digital camera. Then the discrete values of phase shifts are calculated, with determination of distributions of wavelet coefficients of phase maps of polarization of laser image of the myocardium tissue of the dead body, with calculation of statistical moments of the 1-st – 4-th orders of such distributions, by the values of those conclusion on the cause of lethal outcome is made.
