A method for the determination of the fact of lethal outcome caused by acute coronary deficiency by means of scale-selective Fourier analysis of maps of myocardium images ellipticity through estimation of degenerative-dystrophic changes. For estimation of degenerative-dystrophic changes the analysis of highly-coherent polarized radiation with wavelength of 0.6328 m is performed, with formation of polarized radiating wave with azimuth of 0° relative to incidence plane. Optical direct and reverse Fourier transforms are performed by means of polarization microlens. A linear polarization analyzer is rotated in the range of from 0° to 180° relative to the incidence plane, maximum and minimum intensity levels are measured within each pixel of digital camera, the discrete values of polarization ellipticity are calculated, the distributions of wavelet coefficients of maps of polarization ellipticity of laser image of the myocardium tissue of the dead body are determined, with calculation of statistical moments of 1-st 4-th orders of such distributions, by the values of those the conclusion is made on the cause of lethal outcome.
