METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DETERMINATION OF B1-LYMPHOCYTES IN HISTOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS

A method for differential detection of B-lymphocytes in histological preparations consists in the preparation of histological preparations, blocking endogenic peroxidase, incubation with conjugate of concanavalin A lectin with horseradish peroxidase, detection of horseradish peroxidase with diaminobenzidine, dehydratation, microscopic investigation. After the reaction of conjugation with the first lectin - concanavalin A lectin and detection of reaction products with diaminobenzidine, the second reaction of conjugation with soy lectin is carried out at the same histological preparation, with detection of the reaction products with α-naphtol stained with methyl green.
