摘要

A method for predicting the medicamentous resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors in the patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia provides for analysis of coexpression of Pgp- CD33CD34hematopoietic cells by laser flow cytometry. The presence of more than 20 % of CD33Pgp-170cells and more than 10 % of CD34Pgp-170cells is suggestive of the medicamentous resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
