A method for the conservative treatment of the varicose of the lower limbs provides for the use of drugs containing Diosmin and Hesperedin for reducing the manifestations of the chronic venous insufficiency. In addition, the complex treatment comprises the use of magnesium orotate as a drug affecting the metabolism of the connective tissue, in particular synthesis of collagen and its supramolecular structures such as fibrils type I.
