METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF BACTERICIDE AND BACTERIOSTATIC CONCENTRATION OF DISINFECTANTS WITHOUT USING OF NEUTRALIZING AGENTS

A method for determination of bactericide and bacteriostatic concentration of disinfectants without using of neutralizing agents comprises multiple serial dilutions of disinfectant in sterile liquid, in each vial of produced set of dilution of disinfectant the suspension of test bacteria is added. After that the mixture is aged for predetermined time, residue of nutrient medium is added into each vial. After that the samples are cultivated for test time, and bactericide and bacteriostatic concentration of disinfectant is evaluated according to parameters of dilution where bacterial growth is present.
