A method for the complex psychopharmacotherapy of the affective disorders in HIV/AIDS patients provides for the use of antidepressant. In addition, Melitor is taken per os at a daily dose of 25 mg in the evening before the night sleep in the setting of the symptomatic hypnosuggestive therapy once a week for 15-20 minutes. If the effect is not sufficient, in two months since the beginning of the treatment the dose is doubled.
