摘要

A method for simulation of dosed skin heat burn in laboratory rats involves anesthetization of experimental animal followed by the preparation of skin area and inflicting heat burn injury of IIIb degree thereon. The animal anesthetization is carried out under effect of injection ketamine anaesthesia, thereafter animal is shaved at interscapular zone with formation of required area, then animal is fixed to object stage. An electric soldering iron Goot PX-601 with thermoregulator is used for inflicting heat burn injury on shaved animal skin. The holder fixing iron handle is lowered, and soldering tip in the form of metal plate which area is equal to the area of heat burn contacts with animal skin. Metal plate is held on animal skin for 2 sec.
