An apparatus with induction heating for making popcorn comprises a housing (or bearing support), located therein (thereon) container with a multilayered bottom for loading and mixing product components and for popcorn formation. For the purpose of unloading the container is made with possibility of turning relative to the housing. It comprises a heat-insulating bottom (receiving bath), a heating system with an induction winding, a high-frequency generator and a control unit. The heating system comprises an induction heating element made independently of the container and located thereunder on a working table.
