A method for producing film with Au nano-particles for surface intensification of combinational light scattering includes formation of a film with gradient thickness with massif of Au nano-particles with pulse laser deposition in vacuum chamber to glass support while affecting with laser beam a target that contains gold. The deposition is performed from return low-energy flow of particles of erosion jet on the support that is placed in the plane of the target. Argon at pressure of 10-100 Pa is added to the chamber, with affecting with pulses of YAG:Ndlaser with wavelength of 1.06 µm, energy density in pulse of 5-20 J/cm, with duration 8-12 ns, frequency 20-30 Hz and number of pulses 1000-45000.
