Disclosed is a method for producing Ag-containing whiskers on a film surface (AgAsS)(AsS). Synthesis of a starting composite is carried out, from which in vacuum of 3×10mmHg using tantalum evaporator heated to a temperature of a thin film is sprayed, on the surface of which, without prior preparation and additional procedures a microcrystalline conical structure is formed, stable in time and enriched with silver.
