A device for the solution of the problem of concurrent scheduling in GRID-systems comprises a unit for data sorting, unit for systolic processor control, computing device for distance vector formation and memory module. A unit for sorting data in descending order of ratios of functional coefficients to limitation is incorporated, and the computing device, wherein each processor element comprises a register bank, comprises arithmetic computer operating according to MIN algorithm and identification unit.
