A method for production of enzymatic preparation of superoxide dismutase of the strain Fistulina hepatica Fh-08 comprises producer cultivation on glucose-peptone medium, biomass isolation by filtering, enzyme sedimentation from cultural filtrate and aqueous extract of preliminary destroyed mycelium cells with ammonium sulphate, primary purification of protein fractions by dialysis against distilled water. The cultivation is carried out on modified glucose-peptone medium, enzyme sedimentation is carried out at 80-percent saturation of ammonium sulphate, and purification of enzymatic preparation by gel-filtering on grains of molselect G-50 and G-75.Then enzymatic preparation is dried on freeze-drier.
