摘要

A method for making semi-thin sections for microscopic investigations through dehydration of biological tissues with following pouring those with epoxy resin to obtain histotopographic slices, wherin from the histo-topographic slices given section is cut, this is glued to epoxy block and from the glued fragment sections are obtained.
