摘要

A process for production of biofuel from fat-containing wastes of poultry processing plants consists in fat production, neutralization of free fatty acids, fat washing with saline solution and water, purification from admixtures and interetherification. Furthermore, commercial chicken fat is used with increased content of free fatty acids 5-20 mg KOH/g, and neutralization thereof is carried out by etherification reaction with concentrated sulphuric acid – 1.5% from the mass during 2 hours at the temperature of 60-65 °C at constant stirring with isolation of water and alcohol, wherein methanol and sulphuric acid are taken in molar ratio of 6:1 and directed for interetherification with adding of methanol and the catalyst - KOH.
