PRODUCTION METHOD OF BIODIESEL OIL FUEL OF FAT-CONTAINING WASTES OF POULTRY PROCESSING PLANTS

Production method of biodiesel oil fuel of fat-containing wastes of poultry processing plants is in fat preparation, neutralization of free fatty acids, fat washing with salt solution and water, clarification from impurities and re-esterification. Technical chicken fat with a high content of free fatty acids of 40-95 mg KOH/g is used, and their neutralization is carried out by esterification reaction using concentrated vitriol acid – three times of 10% by weight, for 2 hours, at the temperature of 60-65°C with constant stirring with water and alcohol separation. Methanol and vitriol acid are taken in a molar ratio of 9:1 and sent to re-esterification adding methanol and KOH catalyst.
