METHOD FOR BIOLOGICAL TESTING SOIL, GROUNDWATER, SURFACE WATER AND WASTE WATER

摘要

A biological testing method to assess pollution of soil, groundwater, surface water and waste water includes germinating seeds of agricultural crops while moistening a substrate for germinating the seeds by aqueous extracts from test soil samples or test substances. Recording of a complex of physiological-morphological indices of the germinated seeds is carried out after germinating thereof according to the requirements of DSTU (State Standard of Ukraine) 4138-2002 and with the further assessment of the results by a method for summing relative values thereof.
