HYDRAULIC MEMBRANE EXECUTIVE MECHANISM WITH TWO-WAY OPERATION

An executive mechanism of hydraulic pressing device includes a cylinder in which a ram with gaskets is placed. The cavity formed with the cylinder and the ram is connected through pressure sensor and servo-valve to the system of hydro-power supply. On the outer bottom section of the cylinder coaxially with respect to it a cylindrical depression is provided, this is covered with a round crimped membrane with rigid center. The membrane at outer circuit is fixed by means of a circular flange and fixation elements installed in circle of the bottom of the cylinder, and on the side cylindrical surface of the ram at least one circular groove is provided, there protective ring with rectangular cross sections is placed, and elastic combined sleeve as connection of the ring with round cross section with a strap turned towards liquid pressure. The chamber formed with the cylinder and the membrane is filled with working liquid and is connected to the source of hydraulic supply and discharge. Additionally a hydraulic membrane executive mechanism is included, with an opening in which a flange with a rod is installed, this is pressed between the executive mechanism of the hydraulic pressing device and the hydraulic membrane executive mechanism coaxially. The executive mechanism of the hydraulic pressing device and the hydraulic membrane executive mechanism with the opening are fixed on plates, connected to each other with channel bars for formation of a rigid construction.
