TECHNIQUE FOR SURGICAL APPROACH IN SURGERY FOR TRAUMATIC AND DEGENERATIVE-DYSTROPHIC BACKBONE LESIONS

The technique for the surgical approach in the surgery for the traumatic and degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the backbone provides for the incision of the skin and the soft tissues with the modified surgical knife to the whole depth of the surgical wound followed by the puncture passage of the needle and the guide to the roots of the arches of the vertebrae through the canal inside the modified surgical knife. Then the cannulated screws are then turned inside and the system for the transpedicular fixation is mounted, the hemostasis is applied and the wound is sutured.
