A method for keeping free embryos and additional growing of fries of the lake trout in industrial conditions such that at the beginning of hatching of free embryos water exchange is reduced by 1/3 before the end of hatching (1-2 days), then again is increased up to 1.0 l/min by 1 ths. free embryos and at reducing of the yolk sac by 2/3 feeding of fish is started with specialized starter feeds and Artemia nauplii and with 6-time multiplicity during daylight hours. On rising of fries into a water column, the frequency of feeding is increased up to 12 times during daylight hours. With increasing of the size of fries the feed fraction is gradually increased, and live feeds are introduced into a ration, which should be 10% of the total amount of the required daily feed rate. With the appearance of a persistent response to an intake of artificial feed in fries, part of the live feed is reduced gradually over 10-15 days, and only specialized artificial feed is left.
