СПОСІБ ОЦІНКИ М'ЯЗОВОЇ СИЛИ І БІОЛОГІЧНОГО ВІКУ ПРАКТИЧНО ЗДОРОВИХ ЛЮДЕЙ

摘要

Method of assessment of muscle strength and biological age of healthy men includes evaluation of maximum arbitrary force of the right hand by means of using hand dynamometer. In addition, the absolute force values are assessed with the use of intergroup frequency patterns and are characterized as those corresponding to the average level in case indicators of men and women fall within the range of 50- and 33- respectively. The level above the average makes up 60- and 38-, high level constitutes and and above; the force values within the range of 40- and 28- indicate the level below average, 30- and 23- indicate the low level, whereas 29- and below mean the lowest force capability. Given the force value below the lowest limit of average level, the biological age is calculated according to the following formulas:Biological age of men = passport age + (50 – MMF (magnetomotive force in kg)): 0,78,Biological age of women = passport age + (33 – MMF in kg): 0,32.
