摘要

Method of diagnostics of axillary section damage with the patient having hyperhidrosis includes Minor's test, photo documentation of the results and determination of the section damage square. It is necessary to conduct visual examination of color intensity of axillary region. The irregular color change with the zones of higher color intensity over separate groups of sweat glands indicates mosaic damage, whereas solid one-color coloration of the axillary region indicates total damage. Computer software enables to determine the square of axillary region and affected area, also to identify the damage index of axillary region according to the standard formula and to diagnose damage of the sweat glands as follows: up to 25 cm2 - insignificant, ranging from 25 to 50 cm2 - average, more than 50 cm2 – heavy damage.
