A method of estimating the loading capacity of the explosion-dangerous substation includes determination of the transformer load level with account of normal service life by wear windings insulation. The permitted load capacity is pre-determined for a given range of temperatures and air flow rate, then - the value of the actual characteristics of environment at the site of substation in current mode with setting the rated load value with account of the respective values in a predetermined range.
