A method of growing early potatoes from freshly harvested tubers in pre-harvest culture for consumption in fall period includes treatment of freshly harvested germinated within two weeks or not-germinated tubers before planting in summer period with an aqueous solution of growth stimulant fumaryl (2 g) and phytohormone gibberellin (50 mg) per 10 liters of water, 3-minute exposure, or growth stimulant reastim (0.5 l) and phytohormone gibberellin (50 mg) per 10 liters of water, 3-minute exposure.
