СПОСІБ ДІАГНОСТИКИ СТАДІЙ ІМУННОГО ДИСТРЕС-СИНДРОМУ У ХВОРИХ З РОЗПОВСЮДЖЕНИМ ГНІЙНИМ ПЕРИТОНІТОМ

The method for diagnosing the stages of immune distress syndrome in the patients with diffuse purulent peritonitis provides for the assay for interleukins (IL) in the venous blood: IL-1 (normal range 28.7 ± 1.38 pg/mL); IL-2 (normal range 1.46 ± 0.04 pg/mL), IL-4 (normal range 2.3 ± 1.42 pg/mL), IL-6 (normal range 5.4 ± 0.75 pg/mL). The statistically significant (p 0.05) increase of all four markers suggests initiation. The increase in IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 with decreasing IL-4 suggests the stage of immune toxicity. The increase in IL-1 and IL-2 with decreasing IL-4 and IL-6 suggests the stage of immune defect. The increase in IL-1 with decreasing IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 suggests the stage of immune paralysis.
