A METHOD OF TREATMENT OF TUBERCULOUS PLEURISY

A method of treatment for tuberculous pleurisy is characterized by the standardized chemotherapy by antituberculous drugs of basic series (isoniazid+rifampicin+pyrazinamide+ethambutol) in the intensive phase of treatment after the cessation of exudation in the pleural cavity is followed by intravenous introduction of 0.9% physiological sodium chloride solution in a volume of 200 ml, saturated by ozone oxygen mixture with initial concentration of ozone in physiological solution of 10 mg/l in the first procedure (a step is 2 mg/l) up to 24 mg/l during 15 procedures (first 5 procedures are performed in a daily basis, further procedures - in a day).
