The testbench for diagnosing vibrations of thin-walled parts such as blades of a gas turbine engine (GTE) monowheel in final milling has a massive base and vibration level measurement sensor connected to the recording equipment, the testbench is equipped with three parallel to each other plates which with the lower parts are firmly connected to each other and to the basis, and the upper parts of plates form between them a space which can be filled with viscoelastic damping medium and is regulated by setting the spacer elements between the lower parts of the plates, wherein the central control plate simulates the blade during milling operation and the two others - simulate adjacent blades, at the end of the control plate the sample is firmly secured, and the displacement sensor is fixed. Furthermore, the testbench is equipped with a cam working surface of which is in contact with the sample under investigation with the possibility of shock interaction, drive for rotation and displacement of the cam along the control plate and the mechanism of tension formation between the cam and the test sample, wherein the test sample and the cam are made of solid material.
