METHOD FOR SIMULATION OF STRUCTURAL CHANGES in central nervous system neurons at demyelinating DISEASES

The method of modeling the structural changes in neurons of the central nervous system at demyelinating diseases comprising administering to animal modeling mean capable of influencing the changes in neurons. Thus mice are injected with neurotoxin kuprizon with food at amount of 0.2% of the daily food daily for three weeks followed by morphologic evaluation of structural changes of neurons.
