The conduit (8) has inner and outer tubes (12, 13) axially movable with respect to each other. The inner tube carries a deviation unit (17) providing a tangential deviation angle ranging between 0-30 degrees to a part of a fluid moving in the conduit. The outer tube is conformed such that a tangential deviation angle of the fluid part at a downstream end of the conduit depends on a relative axial position of the tubes. The outer tube has a rectification unit (19) allowing a complementary part of the fluid to have a null tangential deviation angle at the downstream end.
