Analyzer of the structure and spatial coherence of light beams. # The invention consists of a programmable electro-optical device and a procedure that allows you to fully and accurately characterize both beams, in the visible, near infrared and near ultraviolet ranges, consistent as partially consistent, solving the problem of characterization of the latter. # The device consists of four cylindrical lenses housed in motorized rotary frames and a digital camera (type CCD / CMOS). Projections of the Wigner distribution of the beam in real time are generated and acquired, from which it is characterized. These projections serve to classify the beam under study according to its symmetry and coherence properties and extract the information from its spatial structure. For this a computer is used. The invention has an industrial application in optical telecommunications, in imaging and lithography systems, in the manufacture of laser devices, LEDs, etc.
