An implant (200) to reposition the brow of a patient comprising: a single foot portion (202) for positioning along at least a portion of a length of Furlbrow a patient, the foot portion (202) extending along a first longitudinal axis (L1) and teniendouna length; one vertical strip portion (204) extending outward from the foot portion (202) for extendersehacia up through at least a portion of the patient's forehead, the vertical strip portion (204) extending along a second longitudinal axis (L2) and having a length and a width smaller than the length esmas foot (202); and wherein the implant (200) is substantially planar having first and second opposite surfaces, wherein: the second longitudinal axis (L2) is offset from a center of the length of PORTION standing (202), and the first and the second longitudinal axes (L1, L2) form an obtuse angle between an intersection point ellosen.
