摘要

We report a fabrication technique for high-performance filters for implantable devices using the laser lift-off process. With the proposed technique, an interference filter based on a dielectric multi-layer is removed from the substrate and transferred to an LED or image sensor. The filter has a high wavelength selectivity. We also demonstrate fluorescence imaging with the proposed devices.
