Cardiac troponin T modified after translation of a biomarker risk of heart failure

An in vitro method for detecting a posterior left ventricular remodeling a heart attack in a subject, said method comprising the steps of: (i) measuring the level of troponin T phosphorylated mixture troponin T in a blood sample obtained from the subject, (ii) comparing said level to a control, (iii) wherein a reduced level of phosphorylated troponin T in blood sample is indicative of left ventricular remodeling.
