Composition mucilaginous polysaccharides derived from Aloe barbadensis, in combination with liposomes, preparation process and use thereof as photoresist, antiacne, regenerating and hydrating the epidermis. The composition comprises 0.5-35% by weight of Aloe barbadensis mucilaginous polysaccharides such as aloérido and acemannan, and 0008-8% phospholipids, such as enfingosomas, ceramides and more particularly liposomes in combination with collagen.
