A method for controlling variations of the capacity of refining crystal grains of an alloy Al-Ti-C by controlling a compression ratio of sectional area of alloy Al-Ti-C, comprising: A. establishing a relationship between variations refining capacity of the crystal grains of alloy Al-Ti-C and process parameters pressing alloy Al-Ti-C: where DAA = AA1 - AA2, AA1 representing a value of refining capacity the Al-Ti-C before the pressing process and AA2 representing a value of refining capacity of the alloy Al-Ti-C after the pressing operation, K is a constant, where D = S1 / S2, S1 denoting the sectional area before pressing process and S2 denoting the sectional area after the pressing process, where DT represents a temperature variation of the Al-Ti-C before the pressing process and after the pressing process, V represents the a linear velocity sa lida, n represents the number of uprights of the processing machine; B. setting the parameters V, DT n, and control the DAA value by controlling a value of the compression ratio D.
