摘要

Isolated human monoclonal antibodies which bind to Anthrax protective antigen035 disclosed. The human antibodies can be produced in a non-human transgenicanimal, e.g., a transgenic mouse, capable of producing multiple isotypes ofhuman monoclonal antibodies by undergoing V-D-J recombination and isotypeswitching. A1so disclosed are derivatives of the human antibodies (e.g.,bispecific antibodies and immunoconjugates), pharmaceutical compositionscomprising the human antibodies, non-human transgenic animals and hybridomaswhich produce the human antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods forusing the human antibodies.
