The present invention increases the flexibility and accuracy of temperaturecontrol in a heat transfer device. The present invention provides a heattransferdevice comprising:a flatten loop heat pipe having an evaporator and a condenser; anda vapor chamber provided on an evaporation part of the evaporator,wherein metal mesh coats inside surface of the vapor chamber and coats ametal plate having vent holes and having supports on both sides of said metalplate, andwherein the vapor chamber is filled with working fluid.
