A system and process to generate and send targeted advertising to wirelessdevicesfrom a computer system is disclosed and includes determining a retail locationwhere wireless service for a wireless device has been purchased utilizing thecomputer system. The process further include identifying information of thewirelessdevice based on an authorization of the wireless service for the wirelessdevicepurchased at the retail location utilizing the computer system, determining aprevioushistory of purchasing wireless service associated with the wireless device oftheconsumer utilizing the computer system, determining a next likely time theconsumerwill be purchasing wireless service for the wireless device utilizing thecomputersystem, and sending advertisements prior to the next likely time the consumerwillbe purchasing wireless service for the wireless device utilizing the computersystem.
