An evaporation-energy conversion device automatically boiling water at room temperature comprises a negative-pressure evaporator (4), a drain pipe (14) arranged at the bottom end of the negative-pressure evaporator (4), a third stop valve (15) installed on the drain pipe (14), a water-supply pipe (3) installed on the side wall of the negative-pressure evaporator (4), and a first stop valve (2) installed on the water-supply pipe (3); the top end of the negative-pressure evaporator (4) connects to a condenser (7) by means of a U-shaped tube (6), and the condenser (7) connects to a hydroelectric generator unit (17) by means of a tee fitting (9), said tee fitting (9) connecting to a vacuum pump (12) by means of an evacuation pipe (11); a second stop valve (10) is disposed at the water outlet of the hydroelectric generator unit (17).
